My bridesmaids and I went in a few months ago to order our dresses for my wedding. They gave us the papers with the quote ect on. We specified we wanted the dresses in the certain colour and the same. On the quotes they did not put the colours on so we were unaware of what colours they had ordered. My one bridesmaid paid her dress in full, and when we went back to get my other bridesmaid dress, only to check on the system they had ordered the dresses in different colours. We had to end up choosing totally different dresses because they were unable to fix the order and order the new ones because the wedding is in 2 months. This is totally unacceptable.
