I always pay on time and not miss one payment and I check my slips and balances I obsrve and check. Last monnth May 2013 I paid my Edgars Account with a balance of R2 912. Then as expected from this balance they added interest and cellphone insurance. My June Edgars statement came with a balance of R2 969 I was happy with because I saw how much was added as an interest and for cellphone insurance. The problem is when I go to the shop at the till the balance that show is R3 149. Mind you I never purchased anything on my account, even if I did it was gonna show on the statement balance. So Edgars added an amount which I don't know for what. I'm furious and unhappy, infact Edgars gave me the perception that the frauding me now. Please help.
