Agent couldnt explain the charges on acc & hang up

Yesterday around 14:13 I received from your agent who asked me about when was i gonna make a payment since my account is in arrears i told her that i was planning to call and rectify that cause last month i called and queried the amounts which were not corresponding i was told that my balance was R1146 i then paid R520 in may and i was planning to pay off the outstanding balance of R573 I asked Nosiphiwo the balance she told me that my Balance is R864.84 when i asked her how come that amount is made of what charges she failed to explain and gave me a customer service number to call cause they are the ones who can give me an explaination I asked her to give me her name and surname she refused and said shes the only Nosiphiwo and she hang up on me I want to close my account and i want an investigation to be conducted on my Account i have been paying Extra but im being told that m in arrears.
