I received a call from Homechoice's atturneys for an outstanding account.

This incident have been reported to Homechoice as identity however homechoice needs to supply an inovice in order for me to report this case to the police.
This have subsequently been denied and been handed over to the atturneys.
When last spoken to Homechoice they confirmed they will investigate the matter however after speeking to the attorneys this seem to not have happened.
In which case this account is still open and further purch.can still be made

Homechoice is addopting a bully tactict in order to get their money out of me however this account was opened in my name.

Homechoice is standing in my way to report this to the police and inadvertently preventing me from clearing my name.

Homechoice is not interested in concidering this case and refuse to cooperate with me in this matter.
This is absolutely unreasonable and unprofessional as they even refuse to trace the recorded phone call that was made when this account was opened which is against consumer rights.

I will not advise anyone to open an account with Homechoice, according to me their conduct is unlawfull!
