Damaged lounge suite and no proper feedback

We bought the Atlanta lounge suite on 04.06.2013, we got delivery 15.06.2013. The 2-seater is okay, but the 1-seater frame at bottom was horribly damaged and one of the recliners on the 3-seater does not work. I have made numerous phone calls and the manager is apparently always busy. Finally now Rina phones me back and gives me ref number saying the warehouse will contact me with delivery hopefully within 7 days. She says they cannot book it out to me now and they only have 3 sets left and are then waiting for another 30 to be delivered. So now what if those 3 get sold in the next few days and 1 is not booked to me?? How long will we have to wait for our lounge suite which we paid R16000 for cash??
I expect our long overdue lounge suite to be booked out to us immediately and delivery by this friday 21.06.2013. They have lounge suites there and there is NO EXCUSE for this kind of time delay. And Rina says there is nothing they at Boksburg can do for us.
