I had purchased a faulty chair from Game in Witbank. I asked the store manager if I could swap the chair at Game Brooklyn instead seeing as that was closer. He referred me to a store manager that had resigned over a month ago, meaning he didn't actually communicate with anyone at Game Brooklyn. Despite all of this, the store manager, by the name of Jacques if memory serves me correctly, helped me with no hesitation and the customer services ladies were so friendly! I was really overwhelmed by the efficiency and speed displayed that day! Thank you!!
