Edgars doesnt honor their Account Protection plan

Last year October I was retrenched and submitted all the documents required for the account protection plan to Edgars WALMER PARK.
In 2013 January-April Edgars phoned me to say that my account is overdue. I told them that I had submitted all the required documents for my account to be settled.
The financial service said they had received all documents but my retrenchment letter needed to be certified. I did what they asked and took the letter to BLUFF TOWERS EDGARS branch for them to send the letter.
I then got more phone calls to say that the letter has not been received. I then went back to the BLUFF store and they assured me it had been sent.
It is now JUNE and I still get regular threatening phone calls to pay my account and they still have not received the document required.
I dont know what else to do as I have done EVERYTHING I was supposed to do.
Unless I have to drive from Durban to Cape town to submit this letter in person.
I think Edgars is CORRUPT and they do not want to honor their policy. They trying to unnerve me to pay the account!
My account has never been in arrears ever.
Edgars HQ and their stores need to have communication between them.
