I can't seem to find Woolworths on Hello Peter.
I have a suspicious transaction on my credit card, two weeks after shopping in Woolworths. Eleven days later they cannot tell me what happened. The emails go back and forth, back and forth.
Their financial services people now want my ID number and Woolies account number. I have never had a Woolies account because of their aggressive spamming.
Is Woolies trying to turn an incident into an opportunity to sell me one of their financial services?
