On Thursday the 13th of June I was at your store in Montague gardens and noticed 'Need For Speed Most Wanted' for R144.00 displayed on the shelf. I took it to the paypoint to pay I was informed that the price was R399? When I showed the price to the sales clerk where i picked the game up where all the other Need for Speed games where. I showed the lady the barcoded sticker and she was very blunt and rude and simply tore up the sticker and said that that a past special and there was no more stock and turned and walked away!!! Yet the shelf was still filled with this 'SPECIAL'!!! this i find to be totally unproffesionl and inaquequate as in other retailers when something is promoted at a certain price it should be given at that price! no decent explanation was received from the sales lady!!
