Dear concern party
I experienced a terrible ordeal this mornin, where I rushed into clicks kc to purchase some chocolates, and as I left the store the security bars went off the security checked if it was the chocs was the issue which wasn't then I put my bag thru the bars and something in my bag triggered it so I checked and found tht my cream which I purchased at another clicks was the issue for the security bars to go off, the security abruptly took my cream stayed away for a while, and as the manager took his own to sweet time to get to me I confronted the situation, whereby now they thinking I the cream, the more I said I purchased the cream at another clicks store the security insists that I bought it at kc's branch! I was furious at this stage! Never will I put my foot in tht store for the treatment I received with a store full of customers!!! I will rather drive to diskem instead! Hope this gets addressed as clicks lost a loyal customer!!!
