Not Happy about the service we have receiced

We went to Ellerinse in Primrose twice for the Laptop and the tablet, and the cell phone with the tablet. The specials are printed big in the window, but there is no stock, we asked the lady to order the tablet for us and come back to us on Monday about 2months ago, but no phone call wen we went back to the store to find out what is happening, then they only jumped and said they can't get stock of the tablet. So we waited and waited. After a while we went back to the store to see what els they had, no matter what we were looking for they couldn't get, so we end up taking the laptop and the blackberry, with the couches after we spend like nearly 2 hours in the store. They arranged for the couches to be delivered to our address along with the laptop. When the couches got to my place the couches weren't even rapped with plastic after they had gotten it from Alberton, so it came on the bakkie with no protection over it. This was the Friday afternoon. The couches came with a R2000 cash back, this was friday afternoon, the Saterday morning we went back to the store and we were told we need to come back on Monday for the cash back, because they didn't have money to give to us.
