I placed an order with Homemark, as I have an active gift card. I have entered my gift card number on completion of my gift card on their website, but still had to enter my credit card detail (which I did). They immediately processed my credit card (R999) on completion of my credit card, and have not used my gift card which has a value of R1020.
I have contacted them on several occasions regarding this, but to date no one has gotten back to me. I have even requested my order to be cancelled, as there is not even an option for this on their website.
I now have to take further steps in getting my last bit of money back.
