After waiting for complaint to reach the right level, the property director contacted me. The following is a major concern:
- it has taken a few weeks for regional management to trace one person who is sold out on the new system
-the public were not consulted before the implementation of the "fair queue system"
-Pick 'n Pay is not willing to divulge study -standards / criteria regarding new system so consumers do not know what to expect as a standard by which they can evaluate performance
- so called success of system is based on peak time throughput
- consumers are left to believe or reject the notion that it is fair
- if I wait longer in a queue than before then Pick 'n Pay have spent millions on introducing a system that is obviously in their interest at my expense - I am not willing to make that transaction
- suggest all customers to voice their opinion and not trade their valuable time
- will be approaching various authorities to take the matter further
- will push for release of studies - if inconclusive, will demand a change that will ensure consumers are not defrauded under the guise of something called "fair"
- unilateral is not fair!
- non-disclosure is not fair!
