I took out a cellphone contract with Vodacom though Game in July 2011 with a Samsung Laptop included.
At the time I took out the contract I was advised that the Laptop carries a 24 month guarantee
A week ago my Laptop had problems booting up, so I took it to Game to send it in for repairs.
They called me this week to advise that the Laptop only had a 12 month guarantee and I nee to pay the bill
if I still require for the laptop to be fixed.
I am very unhappy as a consumer and loyal Game customer that I was wrong fully advise regrading product guarantee information.
This led me to take out a contract under the wrong information and now had to suffer the consequences of Game Stores misleading
me to take out a contract by advising that my Laptop has a 24 month guarantee.
I would require Game to provide me with the pamphlet of that week I took out the contract stating that the Samsung Laptop only carries
a 12 month guarantee. Including a written statement from the sales person that sold me the contract. Advising me that the Laptop carries a
12 month guarantee or any paper signed on the day that can prove I had knowledge or was informed of th
