This store beats bad service. The cashiers at this act like you the customer is asking for the goods for free. Everyone of the front-line staff seem to have no concern for the customer. The cashier will scan your goods at her leisure while having a conversation with her colleague with no sense of urgency. The supervisors will stand around and see the ques are long but none of them will take a pay-point to assist in getting you the customer out of the store a.s.a.p. What happened to good customer service. You can never tell yourself that i am quickly going in this store... they all asleep there. Don't even wanna mention the express till... a total joke!! You can see that the new store manager is trying her best but it is too late to pull the staff there out of their lazy routine!!
