I am very disappointed. I drive all the way from Edenglen to bring my puppies to you guys. My one dog who has been there before came out a very happy doggy her first time and I was so very impressed as I am very careful about who handles my dogs. I called last week to book for my two puppies only to get there on Sat and discover that my dogs where not booked. The staff there said not a problem and took the dogs through which I was very grateful for as I come a long way. However, neither one of my dogs where happy after their wash, the little one was terrified and it was her first time and the one that has been there before was so unhappy, they were not even able to blow dry her. The first time I was there the one came out with a pretty pink ribbon and neither one got a thing this time. I won't be bring my dogs back to you again. I don't feel they were treated well and they obviously got rushed as who ever I spoke to, to book them never. Very disappointed with the handling of my dogs that happened. Never again will I put my dogs though a terrible audial like that again.
