Why I will never buy from Furniture City again!

I purchased 2 Sharka Couches and a Manhattan Wingback Chair from Furniture City Woodmead on 28/04/2013. I was told that there was a problem with stock and my goods were delivered on 17/05/2013. I found that the legs on the Wingback Chair were scuffed. Also, one leg on the Sharka Couch was broken and a cushion was missing. I reported this immediately to Furniture City and was told that I should hold on to the items. Zanele reported the problem to the Warehouse and said they will soon replace the damaged goods. I had to phone numerous times for updates, but my replacement delivery arrived on 3 June 2013. All seemed fine, but when I asked whether or not the new items were scotchguarded (which I had paid for originally), I was told that it was not - it seemed that the Warehouse was not aware that it needed to be scotchguarded. Zanele then promised that somebody would come out to scotchguard the Wingback chair at my premises. Today is 12/06/2013, and I have not heard from Furniture City yet. So, its been almost 2 months since my purchase, and my delivery is not finalised. It seems that I am not a priority for some reason. This service is pathetic and I will never buy from them again.
