Poor service

I have placed an order with Homechoice and requested that a full payment go off via debit order, a full payment went out on the 30/04/2013 for the Kirsty Comforter Set. I have been sent the Parcel Number PA434164738ZA I checked with the post office around 5 times and called Homechoice and spoke to a few different operators who promised me that the parcel would be delivered to me, I go and check at the post office and they tell me that the parcel has been delivered in Ironside on the 25/05/2013. This is not my address which means that I am not in possession of the parcel that I paid in full for. The post office gave me the name of Dichaba who received the parcel

after i spoke to Toekeda who told me to go and get an affidavit from the police station she said she would immediately try and sort the problem out, i waited for a week and there was no response on thursday the 06th of June a further R220 was deducted from my account yet i have a .00 balance with Homechoice, i called homechoice immediately and Jolene said to me that she would make sure that the money will be refunded to me, there still has been no refund, and no parcel and to top it off no feedback!!!
