My reference number 2805130283/GO logged on 28/5/2013 regarding over pricing still unresolved to date. (Shortened & Edited) Correspondence: I wish to Product A at R115 and Product B at R140. This is the price these two products sells for at other Supplier Edgars East Rand Mall store prices are R145 for product A and R180 for product B. Edgars did not seem concerned that they charge inflated prices, and the clear message I got was that the Customer is completely defenceless. Is it my defenseless hard earned money that builds your brand? Please take note that I do not have an Edgars Account. I want to pay CASH for my purchase. If Edgars has inflated prices to compensate THEIR profit margins (at my expense) for bad debt, it is unfair as Edgars charges interest to their account holders which should be applied, not high prices. Secondly, if Edgars uses points to attract customers, it means that the points are in fact just the balance of the inflated prices the customer paid in the first place! AND the customer is the "forced" to return to your store to pay more inflated prices for more points!
