4 January 2013 I sent and email to a GD in Johannesburg stating my dissatisfaction about a sub-standard product. She sent the email to BELINDA van DER MERWE. I followed up numerous times and the she copied me in a mail from ms van der Merwe on 14 January stating that she too was unhappy with the no response and asked that I be contacted... ms van der Merwe sent my email on to Jo-Ann Beitz... seems everyone is passing the bucks...
still no contact,
no feedback,
no reply,
no satisfaction!!!
I lost and they just seem to ignore clients... best cosmetics company... I am starting to have my doubts after more than 20 years...
IS this how clients are treated??? Shame on you!!
