After sending urgent and special needs funds to my daughter in Randfontein, on collection of her funds this morning, she was informed by the Manager of the Greenhills Branch Dewald Naude, that he does not offer the money transfer facility as it is too much of an effort and inconvenience for him. After taking the matter up with Customer Care I was informed that ALL branched need to comply to the Money transfer facility!!! Surely he should comply to Pick 'n Pay's Vision and Mission, or he should not be a manager of the store or be associated with PnP at all.
