Dear Ellerinces
I would like to think Hello Peter for helping in making sure that our complaints are heard. I am actually not happy with the Lady's response from Ellerinces that the goods that was bought by my Mom. She called me and said and I code ' The sofa that was bought by your Mom is covered for a year and it has expired She (Mom) was suppose to have extended warranty. I have questioned one of Ellerinces Employee (her Name: Victoria) Tel No: 014 592 8065 about the Quarantee offered when buying goods at Ellerines and She confirmed that the goods are covered for the period until you finish paying excluding when you are in errors. This has never happened with my Mom.
Remember my Mom is Paying Insurance each time the money is debited from her account. What is the purpose of the insurance then.
