I bought couches for my family house in Limpopo at a Beares store in Mankweng in January this year and they were delivered in February, I live in Joburg full time and when they delivered them my mom told me that two couches (2 seater and 1 seater) were not in good condition. I then went home in April and I noticed that the seater was more comfortable than the other couches. I then called Beares Mankweng to mtell them that the couches are not ncomfortable like the 3 seater couch and they told me that they will send someone who delivered the couches to come and collect them but those people never came. I even sent my mum to go to the Mankweng store on the 23rd of May and they told her that they will send people to get the couches within two weeks but until today we never heard anything from Beares. I am very irrate as I pay a lot of Money every month but I am so not happy with the service I am getting, I expected these people to come and fix the couches but it's been two months now and I'm still waiting.
