After my feedback received from coricraft I realized that it will be better not to buy any CORICRAFT products ever again. Funny when people offer their help they will give u discount on your next purchase but cant fix the current mistakes. My personal advice unless u want to replace their geniune leather couches every 5 years dont buy any leather products for they have no after service. Their feedback was as follows: I understand you frustration. We do not however sell any goods under false pretences. All our units are clearly marked in the showroom and our sales consultants very well trained and versed when it comes to product knowledge pertaining to leather and bycast products. Our bycast units are imported units and are sold at a lower price point in comparison to a full grain leather unit. To help you understand price wise, a full grain leather unit with be sold for approximately ten thousand rand more in this style seen on your picture. With this being said, we do not guarantee fabric or leather, the reason for this is that we cannot gauge the use or abuse that could happen in a clients home. WILL I BUY CORICRAFT AGAIN - NO WAY
