On 31-12-12, I placed my first order with Zando and on 1-01-13, my second order with Zando. I stay in a security complex, and have specific delivery instructions to enter, which I informed Zando about via email immediately quoating the two different order numbers. I also asked for the 2 orders to be delivered together, not only making it easier for them, saving them money, but making it easier for me too. I also phoned Zando, and spoke to one Monique about this, informing her of this. On the 6th Jan my 2nd order arrived, delivered by DHL, but not my 1st order that I placed!!! My instructions weren't adhered to.
Monday the 15th I decided to call and find out where is my order, but was told it was with COURIER IT, I should recive it this week. Yesterday the18th I went online and used Zando's Chat function to enquire yet again about my order. I was told to phone Courier IT, which I did. Sean in the Warehouse informed me that the parcel is MISSING.
Up to now no one from either Zando or Courier IT has contacted me regarding my outstanding order (FULLY PAID FOR).
At this point I am minus the parcel and minus what I paid for my order. Will I recommend either of them, NO!!!
