I took my daughter to queue at computicket at 430am so that we could buy Justin Bieber tickets. I was 3rd in line. They opened at 830 & told the first 3 people to each go to an operator. At 9am when system went live, the system that my operator had froze. When it came back on I had lost out on Golden circle tickets which my daughter so desperately wanted. I then requested 6 tickets in best seated (green) area. They put my request in & as they were about to confirm the system crashed completely. We stayed there until 12pm in hope that we could at least get seated tickets, but left with nothing! My mom did speak to the manager on duty but he said there was nothing they could do. My daughter's heart was broken. A friend of our's stayed home & from her home she went online & booked multiple golden circle tickets, with little effort. Online was efficient whilst Checker's service was extremely poor and were unreliable! We made the effort to get up early & after 7 hrs left computicket empty handed as a result of a faulty system. Had Checker's system been in order, my daughter would have been successful with her Golden Circle tickets and the rest of our family would have been seated.
