All started in the 25/05/2013, went to DION WIRED Tygervalley branch and ordered a washing machine and fridge, I was told my order would be delivered on Wednesday 05/06/2013. came the date and we heard nothing, no phone call no sms no communication of any sort, I went to the store later that afternoon after almost 30min before getting service was told that the order was not even put through to the warehouse. so they made some calls that said that the order would be put through and would be delivered on the 06/06/2013 morning. Came 06/06/2013 i waited till 12:00 noon and called Dion wired to find out what is the status of my order cause i had heard nothing back, i was then told that there was a mix up and they loaded the incorrect fridge on to the truck, so furious cause i had to take a days leave to accept the order that i did not receive cause of Dion lack of communication and responsibility, i was then told that i will only receive my order on the 07/06/2013 first thing in the morning. its now 12:30 Friday 07/06/2013 and the order is still not here. I'm not happy with this sort or service, if i treated my clients like this id be fired on the spot.
