On Wednesday 06 June 2012 we went to buy a new bed and lounge suite at Beares Gezina. We decided to buy a Sealy Ambrose Base Set and Legacy Leather 3pc Lounge Suite. We confirmed with staff that the delivery will take place on Saturday 09 June 2012. On Friday 08 June 2012 my wife confirmed with Beares that they will deliver on Saturdy morning, as we will be selling our previous sets. On Saturday we confirmed again. Saturday morning the people who bought the old sets came to collect it. Later we still had no bed or lounge suite, after enquiry it was said that it is on its way. Later they arrived with no bed and Beares were already closed. We had to sleep the whole weekend on the ground in the winter!

Monday the bed was delivered with a R500 aitime voucher.

On 02 April 2013 I noticed that the one couches leather was pealing. We then contacted Beares to send someone to collect the couch. They only arrived on 16 April 2013. On 29 May 2013 we were informed that the couch is back from repairs. After inspecting the couch we noticed that nothing was done to it. Still we are without our couch. PLEASE PHONE AS THERE IS A LOT STILL TO SAY AS WHAT IS HAPPENING BUT THERE IS NO MORE SPACE!!!
