I returned a malfunctioning Russel Hobbs juicer to Game Cresta where I was ably and pleasantly assisted by Octavia. After I explained to her that I was in the middle of a corporate health challenge, and couldn't afford to wait two weeks for the juicer to be repaired, she promptly replaced it with a brand new one. It's been a while since I experienced such courteous, friendly and swift service. Thanks you Octavia!
