Herewith i would like to lay a official complaint

After numerous telephonic conversations i seem to find no joy out of this company.

I have bought a Heater and on its arrival the heater was broken. I phoned to inform Homechoice and they informed me to send the item back to them in Cape Town.

I did as the requested and yet I received a statement for payment of the item. I phoned their call center and asked to talk to Maeley or Zubayr and no joy was found. I went to my post office where the parcel was send from to get proof of the parcel send to them as i lost my slip.

They did give me a copy of the book the made the parcel notes to. I did send it to Homechoice and yet they say this is not appropriate proof. The post office informed me that the parcel was collected by Homechoice on the 24th of May 2013.

The payment was made as follow.

R 400.00 (payment made)
R 224.00 (parcel postage payment)
R 624.00 (Total)

A monthly payment according to my records and confirmed telephonic by Homechoice my monthly payment id R 172.20 after deducting the heaters price.
Telephonic they informed me that when i send them proof or the R 224.00 parcel postage payment they will be able to pay that monies back to me.

As you can see that adds up
