I had paid up my Truworth account in 2011 and before this account was paid up i was told that my name would be removed from the ITC from itc as soon as i managed to pay up the account as i explained that i was unemployed and as soon as i found employment again i would pay up the account, which i did!
I had then contacted Truworths and was told that they would keep me on ITC for another 2years even though i was promised that i would be removed as soon as i payed up the account.
I had kept to my promise to pay up my Truworths account as soon as i found employment
and so i expect the same from Truworths if they expect to keep me as a customer as i am now employed on a full time basis and they will be losing a loyal customer if they do not resolve this matter and i will also be forced to take the matter up with the Ombudsman..
