Digital planet phoned me last week to confirm my address for delivery of my iPhone 5 that I ordered through FNB. And this morning at 9 AM I phoned them just to find out the status of my product delivery, and they assured me that the parcel is out for delivery and with the courier guy and that it will definitley be delivered today still. Then by 12:00 I phoned them again and they promised me that the parcel will definitley be delivered today still and then I phoned them at 15:00 again and they promised the same thing.
By 16:45 I phoned them again and the lady said that she's going to phone the courier guy directley and I holded for about 10 minutes then she said that she will phone me back just now that she just want to talk to the courier services again. I asked her if she's sure as it was already 16:55 and she promised me that yes she will phone me back still today before she goes home.
I waited and waited and nobody phoned me back and I also can't phone them anymore as their already closed. So basically I waisted my whole day on this, they could have just said may be it will be delivered their not sure but they promised me and assured me it will be today.
