Early in May I ordered a bakkie load of wood from Conny to be used in my fireplace inside the home. The wood was delivered late in the evening and I did not check it properly. I was then away for a week on business and on returning wanted to make use of the wood. I found that the wood received was just way too big to fit into my fireplace. I telephoned Connie the next day and explained the situation to her. I even sent photos showing her that ONE log fills the entire fireplace. I was told the wood goes through a machine to cut it to size!! I got no further response and every time I phoned her she said she would get back to me. I then found a number for Oliver and explained the same story to him. He smsed me to say that they would exchange the wood for me. Nothing happened, I again contacted him and he again said he would send someone out. To date I have not heard a word from anyone. Extremely annoying to pay that much for something you can't use!!
