My mother has been receiving sms's and emails from a debt collection company with regards to a so called Woolworths account that she has. When she learned about this account she responded with avidavids stating that she never had an account and her ID book has been plenty times. They requested her signature, her ID and she simply refused. They should have proof if they are harassing her about her so called account. When she requested proof they became quiet and now they started again. She has never even ought from Woolworths CASH, so having an account with them is absurd. She doesn't have any accounts at all. I would like to know where they found her details and how they opened up an account without her knowledge or signature??
