No TV Stand, No refund???

I lay byed a TV four months ago. I made two payments of R500 and then R1000. In the 3rd month, I wanted to pay the balance of R3000 so I went into the store to query when it will be delivered. I was then notified that they are waiting for stock to be delivered to their Warehouse in Boksburg and they said they will contact me in two weeks. In the 3rd week I called the store requesting to speak to Sonnyboy who wasn't available and she took my details and said he will call me back. He didn't so I called a number of times but I still wasn't able to speak to him for some or other reason. He then sent me a WhatsApp message saying stock will arrive on the 10th of June. I then requested a refund because I was not willing to wait for that long. He said I could come to the store to request the refund and I could get it the same day. I told him I can't come because I'm at work and I'll come on Saturday the 25th of May. I go there and we still get the run around as there's is no money in the store. He says he will call us in 45 minutes which ofcourse he didn't do. I don't want your stand anymore. Please give me my money!
