Woolworths unprincipled service

I have reached a point where I have lost hope with Woolworths'. I have tried in vain to change my address to the new address where they can send my letters to. I don't know if I should call Woolworths staff
Lazy or maybe it's their policy to ill treat their customers the way they did to me. My last resort will be to pay up my account with them and close it, since they taking me like rubbish.
This organization is slowly becoming like ANC, it is full of people who don't take their work seriously, they have been sending this to the old address and when I notify them they take me for granted. I have filled in their forms two times already and also I have sent them emails, called them and reported this to the Woolworths shops.

It is disgusting how you run your organization, no wonder the value of your shop is going down. Please correct my address so that I can finish paying your Rotten account
