I bought something off takealot which they promised to deliver in 10 - 15 days. When I followed up with them about this delivery post the 15 days, they told me that the delivery would still be another 11 days. The next day they emailed me back to say that it would be a further 20 days and not 11 days as per their previous correspondance. I relied on the timing provided and needed the delivery as per the recommended timing. I have since asked for a refund but with no luck. I am very disappointed in Takealot and will not be ordering from them again.
