I ordered a wedding ring and other jewllery from JRC. Firstly as a client I had to follow up over and over again with no returned calls or emails. Then after months of waiting they finally designed one of the rings.
They then had to quote me on other jewellery which never transpired. We went to them on a few occasions thinking that we can get other jewellery from their showroom. Unfortunately we had to return with nothing. The manager then agreed to bring some designs to my home. But this meeting never happened and no follow up meeting was scheduled. It has been six month and no feedback has transpired. I am still awaiting my other jewellery.
