On Sunday I went to the Game store at ClearWater mall to buy the cool drink cans that are on special as I have done previously at the same store. I found a lady who was not sure about the quantities per customer so she asked the male manager who was rude and said to me that "the store was not a wholesaler so they do not sell in bulk". So I told him that my question was "how many can I as a customer buy" which he didn't answer. So he eventually said its on the pamphlet which only shows that there are limited promotional items per customer. So I then asked how many "limited" is it. He rudely said to the lady to give me one packet per flavour and walked away.
I have been a customer at this store since we moved in to Krugersdorp and even though there is another Game store at Key West I still prefer the Mall store but after this rude manager's discretion of the number of promotional items which was guided by whether he likes the customer or not has made me very angry. Especially since I have bought more than one promotional items at the store previously. They should indicate on the pamphlet the maximum number to avoid subjectivity of managers.
