I received my Edgars statement a month ago in an SMS. The sms indicated that if I rather wanted to receive the statement via email I must reply "email". I immediately received another sms saying I must have my account nr ready as someone would phone me and "thank you for going green". To date no phone call and I did not receive a statement in any form this month. Neither did I receive my Clun Magazine or vouchers for the past weekend's red carpet event. The same is true for my mother. I am defintely canecelling my Edgars club and am wondering how I will now know how much I owe them since I am apparently not intitled to a statement...
