Refusal to exchange or Refund me within the stipulated 7 days period
I bought a samsung GT E2250 on 01/06/2013 for R329 so that I could access the internet, tried all weekend to log onto the internet or email to no avail. Took the phone back to PepCell carlton centre opposite Standard bank Atms on 03062013 for a refund or exchange and they blatantly refused. I think that's unaccepable.
