Incomptent staff and store manage

I am very displeased with the service at game (southgate). I had to spend about 15 min waiting for the price of an item. the teller advised her supervisor that she could not scan the item, then the supervisor took her own time to go look for a bar code. then returns and tells me they cant find the bar code, making that my problem. i then went to lodge a complain with the store manger as i had been waiting way too long again for the supervisor who had gone back to try locate a bar code. the lady i found at the information was really helpful as she got up immediately. what really puzzled me was the carefree attitude of the store manager, he had a very patronizing approach to the situation, instead of trying to solve the problem he just had a bit of an attitude. the worst part of this situation is that i was finally billed for an incomplete item. i was charged 159 rands for a spiderman that was missing a blanket. had i not gone back to the manager at the info table, no one would have informed me that i was paying for an incomplete item, thanks to the lady i first found at the info, i would not have known that the item was incomplete, but she could have informed me way before i paid.
