For the past 3 weeks Iv'e tried to cancel my Edgars contract plan. They said they would call me back in 48 hours which did not happen. So after a few days I phoned again. They said someone will contact me in 48 hours. So I did receive a call and they said due to my contract ending the end of May 2013 there is no need for me to cancel the contract as it will be done automatically. I phoned in three days ago just to make sure all was on track and that my contract will be cancelled which they said yes, all is fine. So today, 1st of June 2013 I see I have received airtime once again and my contract is still not cancelled!!! I've phoned them numerous times now. Why is this not being handled??? Edgars cannot force me to stay in a contract with them once I have asked numerous times for the contract to be cancelled. What is going on?!?!?!?!?!
