I ordered a laptop bag online on the 16th of May and paid for overnight delivery. Followed up after 10 days (payment went through IMMEDIATELY upon purchase) and the consultant claims she phoned, however I supplied my Mom's number and she had no missed calls and no messages.
Consultant says today (after promising delivery on Monday yesterday) that there is no stock, the pro-forma has expired and we need to do it all over again.
Considering I paid for OVERNIGHT delivery and the full payment of the laptop bag went through immediately I am DISGUSTED that this has happened. I have now got to source another laptop bag AND pay the extra expense for missing the sale period.
This is not good service.
