I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S3 mobile phone from the above on the 4.4.2013. When I tried to activate the app AlwaysOn, which supposedly comes with the device, it was rejected by Samsung and AlwaysOn. After struggling for 5 weeks to activate this app with no satisfaction at all and very frustrated, I was
informed by AlwaysOn and Samsung that this device has not been purchased through the official channels of Samsung. I was informed by AlwaysOn & Samsung that this device was purchased in the United Kingdom.
Now I'm stuck with a device that is not on Samsung's data base and therefor I can not make use of AlwaysOn.
This is a very poor show from Hi-Fi Corp that are selling goods not registered with Samsung and also Samsung that do not inform the public that mobile devices purchased from H-Fi Corp is not registered on their data base. What makes the situation even worse is that neither Hi-Fi Corp or Samsung is willing to assist me in solving this matter. My e-mail to Hi-Fi Corp is ignored and Samsung do not reply to MY inquiry.
So people please note - if you purchase anything from Hi-Fi Corp, you most probably will have problems!!
I am now denied the full use of my device. Very UNFAIR
