The reason we purchased from Josha Doors is you are the only supplier of furnisher who sell SMALL lounge suite that would fit down our passage to the very small flat on the third floor it was a 3 piece 4 seated, it was 100% sash sale.
Just a some advice your sale staff had no idea as to how your delivery policy works I got 3 different stories from 3 different sales people. Either they are clueless or taking a chance to get a quick sale.
I did per measurements and asked how delivery would work weeks before purchase. Lucky you had the item on sale when I came back so I had the correct money otherwise you would have lost a sale and customer store manager gave the right story on your delivery policy. Delivery was 2 hours late. I experienced no other problems.
