Late delivery and damaged goods

On 24/11/ 2012 we went to Rochester retail park in Montana to purchase a bedroom suite. During the 1st delivery the bed was incomplete as there were some parts missing and they had to return it back to the warehouse and the ottoman was black instead of brown. The furniture went back. On the 2nd delivery the ottoman was still wrong as it was black and the bed's sleids were damaged and another part was also missing. They only went back with the ottoman and promised to replace the damaged sleids. On the third delivery they finally delivered the bed, however they still delivered the wrong coloured ottoman which they took back.4th delivery came and they still brought the wrong coloured ottoman. On the 7/01/2013 my husband went to see Nic who promised that we will receive the remaining furniture together with the ottoman by the 12/01/2013 and promised that he will call us, that never happened. when we contacted him again he then said the furniture will only arrive second week of Feb. All the furniture finally arrived, however the steel panel of the bed is not in good condition. People came to the house two times already and it's still no fixed. Darian promised to deliver a new bed, am waiting
