CLAUDIA you responded and said the matter was being investigated, i notices that the unlawfull debit order has been stoped but THERE WAS NO REFUND TRANSFERRED BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT WHERE BRADLOWS DEBITED THE MONEY FROM!!! when is bradlows REFUNDING my money back INTO MY ACCOUNT WHERE IT WAS DEBITED?? when is Bradlows going to update on the ITC that this particular account has been closed and that IM NOT OWING THEM because its listed on my ITC RECORD that this account is still opened and im still owing BRADLOWS?? you dont know how this affected my life, something needs to be done and fast, i believe BRADLOWS investigated thats why the debit order was stopped! i want my refund transferred back into my account since the fault is from BRADLOWS not mine and be fast about updating the info on the ITC since im not owing for this account!!! you guys know how to ruin peoples lifes mxm
