I went in to the Woolies on Monday at Lonehill Shopping Center, with a friend. We bought, amongst other items, avocados - buy 2 sets, get R 15 off for W reward card holders. At the till, the cashier seemed to miss the fact that I was standing there, waving my W card to be swiped and put everything through before she could swipe them, meaning we did not benefit from the special. Ezelda Mabhona came to our rescue and was so helpful - she managed to give us a R 15 voucher, so that we could towards our next purchase. She was so friendly and efficient. A real embodiment of excellent service.
