Zando's Late Response to Return Orders

I requested a return order from Zando for some shoes that I had purchased and i have been waiting ever since for the shoes to be collected. I find this unacceptable as Zando is usually very quick with delivering orders but very very slow in processing or collecting return goods.

This is the second time that I have experienced a similar experience with Zando. The 1st incident, I had to wait for months before my refund was processed.

I am really just getting more and more disappointed in the service that Zando has been offering me as their customer.
